Book for toddlers
After my first child was born, I wrote and illustrated a book for toddlers about the importance of laughter for health.
The book was published in 2021
The book is about the various benefits of laughing. Each character in the zoo tells a boy named Ron about a different benefit of laughing, whether it's reducing stress, or whether it's improving relationships with people.
In simple and concise language, it is possible to convey that laughter is healthy and beneficial.
I want people to recognize the importance of laughter for the body and soul.
The book is supposed to activate the parent or the adult who reads the book and make him fool around with the sounds of laughter like "hoo hoo hoo hoo" and thus make the child even more excited when he sees the fooling around. create a cycle of fooling around.
There is an integral interrelationship between body and mind. Laughter is the opposite of stress in that laughter has a healing power that lies in laughter itself. Real laughter is an action that is done with all the heart and all the stomach. Real and unforced laughter energizes all body systems and is a daily vaccine against stress. There are many health benefits to laughing.
Quite a few studies have been done on laughter
