Book for toddlers
After my first child was born, I created a book for toddlers about the importance of laughter for health. the book was published in 2021
What is the book about?
The book is about the various benefits of laughing. Each character in the zoo tells a boy named Ron about a different benefit of laughing, whether it's reducing stress, or whether it's improving relationships with people.
Why bring the issue of laughter to light in a children's book?
Because even though laughter is a serious subject and quite a few studies have been done on it, even in simple and concise language it is possible to convey the message that laughter is so healthy and beneficial.
What are my expectations from the book?
I want people to recognize the importance of laughter for the body and soul.
What do I think is unique about the book?
The book is supposed to activate the parent or the adult who reads the book and make him fool around with the sounds of laughter like "hoo hoo hoo hoo" and thus make the child even more excited when he sees the fooling around. create a cycle of fooling around.
There is an integral interrelationship between body and mind. Laughter is the opposite of stress in that laughter has a healing power that lies in laughter itself. Real laughter is an action that is done with all the heart and all the stomach. Real and unforced laughter energizes all body systems and is a daily vaccine against stress. There are many health benefits to laughing.
Laughter does us good, when we feel good we behave better to the environment and God forbid.
Quite a few studies have been done on laughter and these show that:
Laughter reduces mental stress and increases energy.
Laughter increases creativity, prolongs life. Cures bitterness. Laughter protects the heart and burns calories.
Laughter improves blood vessel function and increases blood flow, this can help protect against heart attack and heart problems.
Laughter releases endorphins - these are the drugs of happiness and mood. The release of endorphins in the body can also relieve pain.
Laughter strengthens the immune system, and also reduces stress hormones.
In conclusion, stress hurts, laughter heals.
